The following Shipping and Return policy applies to SPLABSLLC.com.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-3 business days.

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason,
you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. Please allow us time to work with the shipper to replace your order. Remember we didn't damage , we just here to fight with (FEDEX, USPS, UPS etc) along with you. Trust me we are just as upset as you are. If you selected insurance option on the shipment at checkout, all replacement orders will be processed out in 3 business days. 

-Stolen Packages (Amazon / Fedex)

If the package is stolen we can not replace that. We will work with you assist in any claim with the agent that provides the delivery service. We can not verify if the package is stolen we can only verify it arrived. All packages are insured up to the carriers default limit. Any additional insurance can be placed at checkout. If you have a problem with stolen packages in your area please select ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED when checking out in the shipping options. If you qualify for free shipping please request ADULT SINGATURE REQUIRED in the comments section at checkout. You will need an adult 21+ to sign for the package and show ID and you will need to be home to recieve the package or may have to pick up at a local Hub. 

In case following conditions are not met SP Labs LLC reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase
  • items and packaging must be received in new condition with safety seals intact any opened items will not be refunded. 
  • the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
  • packaging must include all original items

– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Return Address will be provide with the RA Number. This number is so we can reference your order and make sure you receive the refund. 

– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact SPLabsLLC.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or the e-mail. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. You the Customer are responsible for return postage and postage is non-refundable

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If you have received your tracking number you have until 5pm of that day to make changes to the order. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
